The hotel is set on a hillside, behind the resort of Kovalam , offering wonderful views of the backwater lush landscapes, coconut palms, and unspoiled beaches. Located to the north of Kovalam, and one of the oldest properties in the resort, the hotel stands on a headland with beautiful views over the lagoon and ocean. There are traditional thatched cottages, lots of water, a spa and birdbaths and statues all over the grounds. The beach is a short buggy ride away.
