Tropical Sky has recognised the outstanding service delivery of six hotels for their delivery of outstanding customer service as detailed by the extensive feedback we receive from our valued customers.

The Awards have gone to

The 5* Sarojin located in Khao Lak, Thailand just 1 hour north of Phuket wins the Best Hotel in the Far East and offers a unique, revitalizing experience that put one in mind of a sojourn reminiscent of staying as a guest at a friend’s private estate

The 5* Hilton Mauritius ran away with the prize for Best Hotel in the Indian Ocean with a first class Spa and gourmet cuisine.

The 5* Shangri La Oman wins the Best Hotel in the Middle East. Newly opened with 3 separate hotels in one complex offering a vast choice of dining and an unforgettable cultural experience.

The 4* Pinewood Village in Kenya won the Best Hotel in Africa. Many guests chose to take advantage of the personal chef that is offered with the hotel suites transforming a great holiday experience into a fantastic one.

The 4.5* BodyHoliday at Le Sport in St Lucia won the Best Hotel in the Caribbean. Offering complimentary daily body treatments and a wealth of sports to keep even the most active person busy throughout their stay.

The 4* Almond Morgan Bay in St Lucia won the Best All Inclusive hotel. Many of our customers travelling to the Caribbean choose an all inclusive option and this award is to the Almond Groups credit that they have offered the best service from a huge choice of hotels offering this service. This is additionally an incredible achievement as the hotel only opened in November 2005 and that was problematic with a Tropical Storm causing havoc in the last two days before opening.
