Award-Winning Reggae Fever In Jamaica

Reggae Sumfest, the world’s greatest showcase of reggae music takes place annually in mid July, in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The festival kicks off with a beach party, followed by three days of epic live performances from both local and international musicians, captivating thousands of tourists and Jamaicans alike.

Organisers of the event, Summerfest Productions, have celebrated multiple wins at the International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA), bringing in the award for Concert of the Year in 2008 and Promoter of the Year in 2008 and 2009. 

When not enjoying the musical vibes, Montego Bay has plenty to offer.  Gloucester Avenue, better known as the “Hip Strip”, is the place to be. Revellers can shop, eat, party or hang out on the beach, all within a few hundred metres of the festival.
