DAY 2

Buenos Aires (B,D)
This morning you will depart on a guided tour of the most important places in Buenos Aires. The tour includes the Metropolitan Cathedral, Government House and the area of Plaza de Mayo. You will be in the heart of the Tango action where this sensuous dance is performed in the street for passersby to enjoy in the traditional neighborhood of San Telmo. Then you will visit La Boca and have an opportunity to explore this colorful suburb of the city, which was adopted years ago as home by the first Italian immigrants. Today it is home to many important artists. Later, a visit to Palermo, a residential neighborhood with many parks and elegant buildings. At the end of the tour, you will visit the sophisticated Recoleta, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods with a multitude of fine restaurants and cafes. Afternoon at leisure.
At sunset, you will experience a Dinner Tango Show and enjoy the glamour, beauty and sophistication of the best music in Argentina.

DAY 3

Buenos Aires (B,L)
Today you will visit a typical Estancia from Argentina, located in San Antonio de Areco, and enjoy a gaucho festival. This is a perfect country day, where you will learn about the main aspects of the gaucho´s life, observe a horse riders´ exhibition and enjoy a banquet of “empanadas” and a great “parrillada” accompanied with an excellent argentine wine.

Buenos Aires-Iguazu (B)
After breakfast you will be transferred to the domestic airport to take your flight to Puerto Iguazú. Upon arrival you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to your hotel and assist you with the check-in procedures. Overnight in Iguazú

DAY 5

Iguazu (B)
This morning depart for your tour to the Argentinean Iguaza Falls. UNESCO declared this place a Natural World Heritage site in the year 1984. The tour has a lower path, a higher path and the “Garganta del Diablo” path. The Paseo Inferior (Lower Path): is a 1,200-metre-walk (0.8 miles) which gives you a great view of the majority of the rapids and falls from a front and lower perspective.The distances range from a bird’s eye view of “Garganta del Diablo” (The Devil’s Throat) together with several Brazilian rapids, to spectacular close-ups of other falls. If you feel brave, you can enjoy “Salto Bossetti” (the Bossetti Fall) splash. The Paseo Superior (Higher Path): a 1,300-metre-walk (0.9 miles) will raise your adrenaline level due to the thrill of being at the edge of these amazing waterfalls. This walk has a breathtaking cliff-top outlook .This is the least demanding walk of the three traditional ones. Garganta del Diablo Waterfall: to access this place, you will have to take the “Tren Ecológico de la Selva” (Ecological Jungle Train), and you must get off at the stop named after this waterfall. Here is the beginning of a walk along the safe new catwalk floor which winds its way around the islands for 1,100 meters (0,7 miles) and ends in the large balconies located on the edge of The Devil´s Throat. DAY 6

Iguazu (B)
After breakfast you will be taken on a tour of the Brazilian Iguazu Falls. Located on the western side of the Paraná State in Brazil, they were declared a Natural World Heritage site in 1986 by UNESCO. This Brazilian park (185,000 hectares / 458,000 acres) shares a border with the Argentinean National Park (67,000 hectares / 166,000 acres) and they are divided by the Iguazú River. Both parks make this region one of the largest natural protected areas in South America. The tour starts at the Visitors’ Center, designed to be the access gateway to the park. The building serves as an embarkation and disembarkation station for visitors. Before you can begin your journey along the catwalk floors, you must take one of the modern panoramic view buses to move safely within the park. The length of the catwalk floors is 1,200 meters (0.8 miles)and from here you will get a breathtaking view of the 275 waterfalls. The four main rapids on the Brazilian side are: Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamín Constant and Salto Unión or The Devil´s Throat. At the end of the path you will ascend on a panoramic elevator to the bus waiting area. Overnight in Iguazú

DAY 8

Rio de Janeiro (B)
This morning there is a City Tour. Río de Janeiro is famous because of its natural environment, its carnival parties, samba, bossa nova and its long line of touristic beaches such as Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon. Some of the most famous monuments are: the giant statue of Christ, known as the “Cristo Redentor” (Christ The Redeemer),standing on the top of the Concorvado’s mountain, and named one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, the mountain Pan de Azúcar, with its chairlift; the Sambódromo and the Maracaná stadium, one of the most famous football stadiums in the world. Río de Janeiro is hosting the Olympic’ Games in 2016 and will be the first South American city to organize the event. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro
