Villa St Annes Point
Overview
The Great House has been re-built in the character of the Georgian maritime properties, and has 1500 square feet of superb living and entertainment space furnished in colonial style with cane sofas, chaise longues and wicker chairs. The north facing gallery is shaded all day and cooled by the north easterly trade winds. The Great Room opens onto a deck with covered outside kitchen and dining pavilion, and steps down to the large pool and gazebo.
There are three bedrooms in the Great House, and a further two bedrooms in the guest cottage – formerly the stables. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms. There is a north facing breakfast balcony overlooking Falmouth Harbour and the sunset balcony faces south west and overlooks the harbour entrance and nearby island of Monserrat.
Top Tip: The services of a housekeeper are included for six days a week, but you can also request a cook if you would like to enjoy an evening in the villa with some tasty home-cooked food
Car hire is highly recommended: Private taxi transfers are included in the price of all of our villa holidays to ensure you have an easy and stress-free journey to and from the airport with your luggage. The car will be delivered to your villa, and you can then use the car for exploring the local area. We can arrange your car hire from £250 per week for a small air-conditioned car, or you can upgrade to a jeep or a minivan.
