What do people say about the Grenadian by Rex Resorts in Grenada, Caribbean?

Food is delicious, the chef is amazingly talented and the staff are all superbly friendly. Thanks to the new temporary manager (she’s fantastic) its all getting done. We only got back yesterday and are now looking to book again. Book a beachfront room - you won’t be disappointed..... Grenada is amazing!

FANTASTIC! THe hotel was clean, and in a beautiful location, as said before could do with a minimal tart up, we had beach front and it was great to look out of the window sraight out to the sea. The food was great, there was somthing there to suit us and our fussy kids. The island is just amazing, the walk in the rainforest and swim in the waterfall will stay with me forever. We would definatley go back.

We have just returned and had a really lovely time in Grenada and we cannot fault the Hotel staff ,food or service. The hotel maybe could do with a little tarting up in places, but beachfront room well worth extra cost. Really relaxing, but lots to do around and about should you wish to. Fab trip to underwater sculpture park arranged via First Impressions good value at US 50 and on beautiful Catamaran-this was arranged via our excellent repe. Thanks Tropical sky you have been a pleasure to deal with.

Had a wonderful time in Greneda, really loved it, the people were very welcoming and the island has some interesting sights to visit.
The hotel was excellant value if a bit shabby and in need of a face life especially the pool area. We had a beachfront room which was worth the extra money. The food in the restarants was excellant.

We visited the hotel and island for a week in early January, and were most impressed by the friendliness of the staff and others we met during our stay. The food was good and the beach and warm waters were great. The lakes alongside the hotel and the amazing variety of wildlife, egrets, herons, sandpipers, ospreys, turtles, land-crabs, even iguanas, etc. was an added bonus. Great views towards St. Georges and the cruise ships arriving/departing was also a feature. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Evening entertainement included steelbands and some reggae groups. All travel arrangements by Tropical Sky and Virgin Atlantic went smoothly, even though we had to go via Tobago. Although the hotel is only one minute by taxi from airport, you would not be disturbed by this, and is a positive advantage when due to return home. We would have no reservations about returning again in the future.

My daughter and I have been to Grenada on for many years now and it is paradise. The people are friendly both guest wise and also the Grenadian people. The Staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you and if you visit them more than once, they remember everthing you like and dislike which is excellent customer service. The Chef is wonderful, makes coming home very difficult when you have to cook again. The Taxi drivers attached to the hotel are great and they are only too delighted to show you their island which they are very proud of and so they should be. I went there for the first time 10years ago and can’t wait to return every year that is the only trouble. The shops in the hotel are lovey and the prices are terrific, Pat who has one of the shops in the hotel is always so helpful and very pleasant, makes you feel at home.

We went in January and they do allow smoking in the gardens & they have a bar area in which you can smoke. It is in the booklet in the room.

It’s paradise; the beaches, the warm sea, the gardens, the sound of the frogs. The hotel is relaxed, the food is super, the cocktails supreme. Grenada is unspoilt and you meet very interesting people on your travels. I’ve been twice and can’t wait to visit again.

I visited the rex grenadian a few years ago, and im now planning to go back! I couldnt have wished for a better holiday. The hotel was fabulous, and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. The location was great too, not too far from the airport which was nice, and just a short bus ride into St. Georges, which is also worth a trip. If your considering a trip to Grenada, have no hesitations about using this hotel, i would reccomend it to everybody.

We visited The Grenadian last year. We had a Beachfront Room which was quite amazing- open the doors and you were on the beautiful white sandy beach! However there was a drawback which was not stated in any brochure we saw- the hotel, gardens ,rooms ,everywhere really was a complete NO Smoking hotel. Tough for anyone who does!!
