The resort has completed renovations which upgraded 247 Superior category rooms to Deluxe to enhance our guests’ comfort and enjoyment. All rooms feature contemporary tropical décor with canopied beds, gleaming tropical wood floors and sleek furnishings. New 32-Inch LCD TVs completes the upgrade.

Duplex Suite:
A new level of elegance comes with the Junior Suite redesign, bringing a residential style ambience. The marble foyer now flows into the lower level living area, accented by drop lighting. The living area itself feels expanded by the addition of wide, floor length mirror, with a cozier feeling imbued to the lounge with comfortable, plush furnishings.

Dining and living area are rearranged, lending more intimacy to the lounge. Addition of a 32-Inch LCD TV entertainment system creates two separate relaxation spaces, as a television also featured in the bedroom. A glass-top, teak pedestal table replaces the rattan dinette. Slat backed teak armchairs with plush cushions provide comfortable seating for dining. Swag lamps are replaced with contemporary, Japanese – influenced lighting in glass, steel and handmade paper. Upstairs, the teakwood loft bedroom has been renovated in new cabinetry with overhead storage.

Family Room:
A new level of warmth is delivered with the addition of 50 Family Rooms, a redesign of the previous Duplex Suites category. Each of the rooms features a master bedroom and a lower level for children. The marble foyer flows into the lower-level children’s room, which is fitted with twin and sliding beds. The 40-inch LCD television entertainment system includes on-request Play station II equipment to keep the youngsters amused. Located in Buildings II, III and IV, the spacious patio of each Family Room is angled to capture the resort’s beautiful tropical gardens.

Upstairs, the teakwood loft bedroom is renovated in new cabinetry with overhead storage. The master bedroom features an elegantly canopied platform bed. The slatted wooden headboard is draped with a snowy white duvet with throw pillows matching a richly woven runner, which conveniently hangs on the wall at night. Bedside tables remain uncluttered, with drop reading lamps.

Lagoon Access Suite:

Each of the 48 square metre Lagoon Access suites feature a private patio giving direct access to the Resort’s new Lagoon just steps away. What do people say about the Melia Bali in Bali, Far East?

been to this hotel in 2006 with husband and again in 2007 with husband, daughter and grandson. Loved everything about it. Staff could not do enough for us. My idea of paradise, is what i would call this hotel. Free taxi to take you (and return ) to any of the many local restuarants. Although eating in Melia was perfect. I am off to book next year now. Even get reward points for using Melia chain (MAS rewards) got enough points for couple of free nights!
Also free breakfast for partner sharing your room and other benefits with MAS card. Sounds to good to be true, but see you there!!!

Have stayed in this hotel 15 times over the last 7 years, why do I keep going back, because it is so relaxing, serene and a wonderful place to kick back and chill out.It has the most beautiful gardens, pool and staff. The staff are amazing, so warm, friendly and genuine from the General manager to the gardener, nothing is too much trouble.
This hotel cast a magical spell over those that stay here, though that can be said of Balli, the Island of the gods but then the Melia is the ideal place from which to explore this spiritual island, nothing is too far away.
I will be on my 16th trip during Nov 2007, where am I staying, only one place for me. The Melia
