JA Palm Tree Court is situated within JA The Resort. Often titled 'Dubai's largest experience resort', JA The Resort is made up of three hotels; JA Palm Tree Court, JA Lake View Hotel and JA Beach Hotel.

  • Garden View Junior Suites – are located close to the beach and the pool, have king-size or twin beds, a lounge area with sofa bed and interconnecting room options. Junior Suites are suitable for two adults, one infant and two children or three adults and one child.
  • Garden Terrace Junior Suites– have a fully-furnished garden terrace and are the same size and suitability as Junior Suites.
  • Sea View Junior Suites – are much closer to the beach, have a fully-furnished balcony and are the same size and suitability as the other Junior Suites.
  • Beachfront Terrace Junior Suites – are right on the beach within a garden setting, have a fully-furnished terrace area and are the same size and suitability as mentioned above.
  • Sea View One Bedroom Suites – are double the size of Junior Suites, have two large bathrooms, a separate dining/living area, a master bedroom, easy beach access, Sleeps two adults, three children and one infant, maximum three adults, two children and one infant.
  • Seaview Residence Junior Suite - a dedicated villa by the sea that affords great ocean views. The height of luxury. Suitable for two adults, one infant and two children or three adults and one child.
  • Beachfront Residence One Bedroom Suite - Larger villas on the shore front with an extra bathroom and a separate living area. Great for famlies, sleeping two adults, three children and one infant, or maximum three adults, two children and one infant,
  • Seaview Residence Two Bedroom Suite - The flagship of rooms with two stunning ensuite bedrooms and a gorgeous lounge with a balcony overlooking the ocean - sleeping four adults, three children and one infant, or maximum five adults and two infants.

Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan will be celebrated every year according to the lunar cycle (approximately 10 March-9 April 2024 and 28 February-30 March 2025). During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during daylight hours. As a result hotels in the UAE may have strict restrictions on alcohol, food consumption and entertainment between sunrise and sunset. At nightfall these restrictions are lifted and normal eating, drinking and entertainment policies are resumed.

Eid Al Adha celebrates the 'breaking of the fast' and falls between sunset on 16-20 June 2024 and 6-10 June 2025, and starts with a 24 hour dry day followed by a three day celebration. Eid Al Adha occurs annually and dates will vary.
