The Phi Phi Islands are known affectionately as the "Jewels of the Andaman Sea". Phi Phi National Park protects the islands’ coral reefs and abundant marine life. There are no major roads on the islands and access remains only by boat, thus making Phi Phi Islands the quintessential tropical paradise, still unspoilt to this day despite popularity. The Phi Phi archipelago is a group of six islands including: Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Leh, Bamboo Island, Yung Island, Bida No and Bida Nai. Phi Phi Don is the sole inhabited island of the six.
