DRESS CODE:
When dining, closed in shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men must not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6.30pm men have to wear long trousers and women have to wear dresses, slacks or culottes (no shorts or short outfits).

What do people say about the St Lucian by Rex Resorts in St Lucia, Caribbean?
We have just returned from a wonderfull fortnight and were very impressed by the helpfull staff and excellent food on the all inclusive tarrif. The situation is first class being on the superb Reduit beach and having easy access to shopping mall, marina and restaruants should you need them. Our room was very well appointed though not "luxurious" and everything worked. The standard of cleanliness was very good. This was our fourth stay at a Rex Hotel and we would certainly go again.

Fantastic place. We went room only - lots of local places to walk to with good food, live music and strong rum and cokes! Hotel very clean, well kept grounds and fantastic views out to sea. Hogmanay on the beach was amazing.

We have been to the Pappilon 4 times and can honestly say we never tire of the friendliness of the hotel & staff .The only resort we have returned to time & time again . We are just booking now.May see you there

Just come back in mid October, although the rainy season, no real problem until the main electricity went off for two days. We were moved to Almond Morgan Bay for 24 hours, good to see another hotel, but prefer St Lucian as loved freedom to walk on long beach and visit other nearby restaurants and bars although we were all inclusive. Maid service missed for two days, otherwise staff v good especially Lex at the pool bar. Standard of all inclusive good, much easier than having to carry money and pay for drinks, good value for money, we ate out 3 times, twice at nearby Spinnakers on the beach and dinner at Chic in next dorr Royal at Rex, would recommend both. If I can’t ski this winter then we will return to the Caribbean for two weeks. All on the ground services worked well and were seamless. Especially found the hotel airline check in with Virgin v good. Local rep v good. Finally, thank you Tropical Sky, you have some very good staff, a pleasure to have such good customer service and we will use you again, we found you through the Sunday Times promotional leaflet.

We visited in February and had a great time. We loved it, friendly staff welcomed us, the rooms were sumptuously comfortable and the surroundings fabulously beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit.
