Our expert team can help to guide and assist in the planning of your wedding, to look after those finer details that really make your day special. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Wedding Specialist who will liaise with you both, as well as your choice of venue or hotel, so that your big day comes to life. For only £500, you’ll receive the following first-class service:
- Face-to-face personal concierge initial appointment. This can be arranged near to your home or at our offices. We also offer follow-up telephone or Skype appointments at your convenience between 8am-10pm up to your departure date
- Management of your marriage documents and visit to the relevant UK or Irish Consulate or Embassy on your behalf (if necessary) regarding your wedding documents in advance of your wedding, both here and in your chosen destination
- Personalised ‘save the date’ cards and wedding invitations for the guests of your wedding overseas - designed, sent and managed for you
- Private return car transfers to and from your nearest UK or Irish departure airport
- Airport lounge passes for you and your fiancé, and any guests travelling on the same flight who have booked with Tropical Sky
- Meet and Greet service at your UK or Irish departure airport
- Arrangement of all your appointments with your wedding co-ordinator at your destination
- Organisation and booking of all your wedding essentials at your destination, from the buttonholes and bridal bouquet to your wedding cake, photography and reception
- Organisation of your Tropical Sky gift list service, as well as co-ordinating with those in your wedding party
- Private chauffeur service upon arrival and departure from your chosen destination
- A wedding album of your favourite photography from the big day
Also, integral to our service, you’ll be recognised as a VIP wedding couple. This means you’ll be eligible for available room upgrades and enhancements during your stay (subject to availability)
