• Deluxe Ocean Front King – 350-400sqft oceanfront room with a private balcony furnished with an Adirondack chair. Featuring one king bed and coastal-inspired interiors. Sleeps two adults.
• Deluxe Ocean Front Double – 350-400sqft oceanfront room with a private balcony furnished with an Adirondack chair. Featuring two double beds and coastal-inspired interiors. Sleeps four guests.
• Oceanfront Studio King Residence – 500sqft condo featuring a bedroom with king size bed, a separate living room, and a full kitchen. Also boasting an oversized private oceanfront balcony. Sleeps two adults.
• Oceanfront Studio Two Queens Residence – 500sqft condo featuring one bedroom with two queen size beds, a separate living room and a full kitchen. Also featuring an oversized private oceanfront balcony with Adirondack chairs. Sleeps four guests.
• Marina Suite One Bedroom – 900sqft suite boasting a bedroom with king size bed, a separate living room, a dining table for six, an oversized walk-in wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, and a spacious private oceanfront balcony with Adirondack chairs. Sleeps four guests.
• Marina Suite Two Bedroom – 1250sqft condo suite featuring two bedrooms, a large separate living room, a dining table for six, an oversized walk-in wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, and an oversized private balcony with views of the marina, ocean and cruise ship channel. Sleeps six guests.
• Sunset Suite One Bedroom – 900ft suite featuring a bedroom with king size bed, a separate living room, a dining table for six, a walk-in wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, and a huge oceanfront balcony with a Jacuzzi and views of the cruise ship channel. Sleeps three guests.
• Sunset Suite Two Bedroom – 1250sqft condo suite featuring two bedrooms, a separate living room, a full kitchen, a dining table for six, oversized walk-in wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, and a spacious oceanfront balcony with a Jacuzzi and lux furnishings. Sleeps six guests.
• Jimmy Buffett Suite – 1600sqft suite boasting an oceanfront balcony with lux furnishings and a Jacuzzi. Also featuring two guest rooms with a king size bed each, a separate living room with a pool table, a dining table for eight, a pull-out sofa, and a walk-in wardrobe. Sleeps six guests.
• Oceanfront One Bedroom Residence – 975sqft residence featuring a chef’s kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a bedroom with a king size bed, an oversized walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite powder room, and an 8ft-wide private balcony. Sleeps four guests.
• Oceanfront Two Bedroom Residence – 1500sqft residence featuring two bedrooms with king size bed, a huge living and dining space, a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, an oversized walk-in wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, and an expansive private balcony with amazing ocean views. Sleeps six guests.
• Oceanfront Three Bedroom Residence – 2000sqft residence featuring three bedrooms with king size bed, an expansive living and dining area, a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, an oversized walk-in wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, and an 8ft wide private balcony with comfy seating and ocean views. Sleeps eight guests.

This resort does not offer rollaway bedding. KIng bedded rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults per room; Double queen bedded rooms sleep a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per room.  Premium Suites have one pull out sleeper sofa in addition to existing bedding.
Cots are not available, however a limited number of play pens will be provided free of charge on a space available basis.
