Important Notice

A mandatory Tourist Usage Fee of MXN284.00 (approximately USD20.00) per person, must be paid by all travellers visiting the state of Quintana Roo (which primarily covers the beach resorts from Holbox and Cancun in the north, all the Riviera Maya region through Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, and down to Chetumal in the south). Payment can be made either prior to travel, during your stay, or at the airport on your return.

An Environmental Tax is also payable:

  • Cancun area hotels- $85 Mexican Pesos, approx USD$5 per room per night.

  • Romance Villa Suite Poolside – For adults only. These romantic suites are steps from the pool, featuring a hydromassage bathtub, a Mayan-style outdoor shower, and a large terrace with a hammock and sitting area. Sleeps two adults.
  • Connecting Suite – Two junior suites can connect to create a large space for a family. Featuring a sofa bed and a furnished terrace in each of the two rooms. Sleeps up to six adults and two children.

  • Real Madrid Football Clinic – For girls and boys aged 6-14 years old, and led by coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation. This 5-day training club lasts five days, with a one and a half hour training session each day. Usually hosted late July to early August – we advise checking before booking if your little ones want to join.

 

  • Zentropia Spa - A wellness centre with a hydrotherapy circuit including an ice room, sauna, steam room, hot and cold Jacuzzis, and organic clay masks. Also offering soothing treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, and vegan treatments.

The Grand Palladium Colonial is part of the Palladium complex that includes TRS Yucatan (adults only),  Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort (including Family Selection), and Grand Palladium Select White Sands. Guests at this resort may use all the facilities at the neighbouring Kantenah resort, but cannot access TRS Yucatan or Grand Palladium Select White Sands.
