Overview

If you are looking for an idyllic Croatian island escape, you need to look no further. Built from local stone the hotel is only 20 metres from the sea, where you will find a private platform, to enjoy a good book or spend hour’s just gazing out to sea. The hotel grounds and surrounding area are stunning, where you can enjoy coastal and inland walks around the island. If you are feeling less energetic you can simply soak up the ocean views from the attractive outdoor pool.

The hotel has 27 air-conditioned spacious rooms decorated in light colours with most having sea views and some with balconies. To enjoy the full benefit of your room, we recommend you book a sea view to enjoy the breath taking scenery.  

Restaurant Bozica serves a range of international and local cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Again enjoy breath taking views whilst you savour the fabulous food on offer at the hotel. The restaurant gets fabulous reviews and many outside guests travel by boat from the mainland to have dinner.

Located on the island of Sipan, 14 kilometres by sea from Dubrovnik Old Town

  • 500 metres from the harbour for ferries to Dubrovnik and neighbouring islands
  • Approximate transfer time from Dubrovnik Airport is approximately an hour and includes a private speed boat crossing of about 10 minutes.

  • Double Room Sea View Extra - 23sqm located on the second floor, featuring a large French window (Juliet balcony). Sleeps up to two adults and one child.
  • Family Apartment, Side Sea View - 45 sqm, located on the third floor overlooking the bay of Sudjuradj. No balcony, but it does have a living room. Sleeps up to two adults and two children.
  • Double Room Sea View with Balcony - 23sqm, sleeps up to two adults.
  • Comfort Suite Sea View with a Garden and Terrace - 40sqm with sea view and living room. Sleeps up to two adults and one child
  • Comfort Apartment Sea View with a Garden and Terrace - 55sqm, first row to the sea, with a separate bedroom, living room, sitting area and small kitchenette. Sleeps up to two adults and three children.
  • Junior Suite - 40sqm, with sea views from the balcony, king size bed and sitting area all in one, perfect for honeymoon couples. Sleeps up to two adults and two children
  • Apartment Standard - 46sqm, located on the second floor, with sea views, balcony, double bedroom, living room, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. Sleeps up to two adults and two children
  • Apartment Superior - 46sqm with sea view, consists of two separate rooms (one bedroom and one living room where the additional beds can be set), two bathrooms, sitting area, and a big balcony with a terrace throughout both rooms. Sleeps up to two adults and two children.

  • Restaurant Bozica – Serves a range of international local cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace.
  • Bar – Newly opened indoor bar where guests can enjoy drinks and relax in the lounge area. Guests can also sit by the pool or the waters edge whilst sipping on there favourite drink
