Two categories of Rooms - your stay will be based on Half Board - all rooms offer 42sqm inside space and accommodate a maximum of 4 people, either 3 adults, 2 adults and 2 child or 1 adult and 2 children per room.  Breakfast is served in the Pangea restaurant

• Deluxe Room Sea View - an elegantly designed room with open plan seating area, offering stunning views across the Mediterranean Sea and an 8sqm private balcony. Extra bedding is supplied as a rollaway bed
• Deluxe Room Sea View with Individual Pool - as above, with a private 20sqm deck with an individual sea water pool**. 

Five categories of Suites - your stay will be based on All Inclusive with Residents' Club privileges.  

• Deluxe Junior Suite – a spacious 42 sqm room with an open plan living area and 8sqm balcony.  Sleeps a maximum of 4 people, with no more than three adults or three children.  Extra bedding is supplied as a rollaway bed.  Breakfast will be served in Pangea or Taverna* restaurants.
• Deluxe Junior Suite with Individual Pool – As above, 20 sqm deck with individual sea water pool**. 
• Premium Junior Suite with Private Pool - a spacious 42 sqm room with an open plan living area and larger 30sqm deck with private sea water pool.  Sleeps a maximum of 3 people, with no more than two children.  Extra bedding is supplied as a rollaway bed.  Breakfast will be served in Ocean or Taverna* restaurants
• One Bedroom Suite Sea View – Enjoy exceptional comfort in these expansive suites, with a spacious bedroom and a separate living room with 65sqm of indoor space and a large private terrace (35sqm) with fabulous views of the private cove and Mediterranean Sea. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people, with no more than three adults or three children.  Extra bedding is supplied as a rollaway bed.    Breakfast will be served in Ocean or Taverna* restaurants
• One Bedroom Suite Sea View with Private Pool – as described above, with 60sqm deck with a private sea water pool.  Heated pool supplement payable locally.

Five categories of Villas - your stay will be based on All Inclusive with Residents' Club privileges.  All villas have a private pool, heated at no additional charge.  Villa guests also beneft from the family perks at no additional charge when staying 7 nights or more.  Breakfast will be served in Ocean or Taverna* restaurants

• One Bedroom Waterfront Villa with Private Pool – Unwind in this stunning villa with a private heated sea-water pool, located on a spacious 40 sqm terrace.  Enjoying an impressive 95sqm of indoor space across two levels, featuring a bedroom with king size bed, and sofa bed in the separate living room, and two bathrooms. Maximum five people, with no more than three adults or four children
• Two Bedroom Sea View Villa with Private Pool - As detailed above with an additional bedroom and 115sqm of indoor space and 50sqm outdoor including the pool, this is an ideal villa for familes seeking separate bedrooms and so more living space. Maximum five people, with no more than four adults or four children.  A range of childrens facilities are also included on request basis. This includes a baby monitor, bottle warmer/sterilizer, kettle, baby bath/changer, high chair, stroller, toilet seat, baby potty, food set, wash basin stool, plus pool and staircase fencing.
• Two Bedroom Sea View Wellness Villa with Private Pool - As detailed above with a larger 115 sqm indoor space including a private wellness area with a  Finnish sauna, treadmill and oversized bath tub and outdoor rain shower.
• Three Bedroom Villa Sea View with Private Pool – Featuring three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and an airy separate living room. This 130sqm villa with 50sqm deck accommodates 7 people, with a maximum of six adults or six children.  A range of childrens facilities are also included on request basis. This includes a baby monitor, bottle warmer/sterilizer, kettle, baby bath/changer, high chair, stroller, toilet seat, baby potty, food set, wash basin stool, plus pool and staircase fencing.
• The Mansion – The ultimate choice for those seeking a home away from home, this vast villa enjoys an impressive 600sqm indoor space over three levels, plus 250sqm outdoor space.  There are three large bedrooms, each with en–suite bathroom and walk-in dressing rooms, a heated sea water swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool and a fully equipped kitchen.  There's a music sound system, private spa for in-suite treatments, with a steam bath and vision sauna, plus an indoor heated pool, as well as private fitness studio with personal trainer on request.  A dedicated villa concierge team are available 24/7, and a private chef can also be arranged.  Staff quarters are also available. The mansion accommdates up to eight people, with a maximum of seven adults or seven children. The extra bedding is supplied as a single bed.

• The Collection Premium Junior Suite with Private Pool - a spacious 42 sqm room with an open plan living area and larger 30sqm deck with private sea water pool.  Sleeps a maximum of 3 people, with no more than two children.  Extra bedding is double sofa bed. 
• The Collection One Bedroom Suite Sea View – Enjoy exceptional comfort in these expansive suites, with a spacious bedroom and a separate living room with 65sqm of indoor space and a large private terrace (35sqm) with fabulous views of the private cove and Mediterranean Sea. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people, with no more than three adults or three children.  Extra bedding is wall-sofa bed.    
• The Collection One Bedroom Suite Sea View with Private Pool – as described above, with 65 sqm inside space and a 60sqm deck with a private sea water pool. Maximum occupancy is a four people with no more than four adults or three children. 
• The Collection Premium One Bedroom Suite Sea View – With more living space, these suites are as detailed for the Collection One Bedroom Suite, but with 84 sqm indoor space, and16 sqm outdoor terrace. Maximum occupancy is five people with no more than four adults or four children.
• The Collection Premium One Bedroom Suite Sea View with Private Pool – as described above, with 84 sqm inside space and a 40sqm deck with a private sea water pool. 
• The Collection Two Bedroom Suite with Private Pool – As detailed above with an additional bedroom and 126 sqm inside space and a 60sqm deck with a private sea water pool. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a separate bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed.  The living room has a double transformable wall sofa bed.  Maximum occupancy is eight people with no more than seven adults or six children.

* Taverna restaurant is available to those with children aged over 14yrs
** Please note the pools in this category cannot be heated.  

For families, pool fencing is required for all rooms where a child under 6 years is accommodated.  This is provided free of charge in villas, but a supplement will be applied in all other rooms.   

Private pools in suites can be heated at a cost of 79 euros per day (free of charge for villas).  48 hours notice is required to heat the pool.
