Private transfer from Palermo Airport is 90 minutes but car hire from the airport can be arranged

  • Kaigan Sushi Bar – Combining a chic, intimate atmosphere with an exquisite fusion of flavours from near and far. Here, the finest Italian seafood is artfully paired with Japanese culinary traditions, all served in the stunning setting of the resort’s Torretta.
  • Al Grano – The resort’s pizzeria invites you to enjoy a relaxed evening on the terrace with panoramic sea views. From classic favourites to local specialties, every pizza is crafted to delight every palate. Dinner service is available from June to September, while lunch is offered only in April, May and October. 
  • Scausu Grill – Perched on an enchanting terrace with sea views at Pollina, offers several intimate and cosy dining areas. Reserve a table to savour the finest grilled fish, meats, and vegetables.Open for lunch and dinner from June to September
  • Perseo – The resort’s main buffet restaurant offers a bright and cosy setting with stunning sea views. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it serves a variety of Mediterranean and international dishes.
