Weddings at St James's Club & Villas

Weddings from £530 All Inclusive 7 nights from £1,419 per person Including Flights

Overview

Flanked by two white sand beaches and located on a secluded peninsula just off the south-east coast of Antigua, this all-inclusive resort is the ideal escape for an intimate wedding. What we love the most is the people that work here – there’s a wonderful community feel to St James’s’ Club & Villas, so you know everyone will be going above and beyond to ensure your ceremony is perfect.

There are some wonderful choices for your idyllic ceremony. The most popular is the Hibiscus Gazebo, a beautiful venue that offers unrivalled panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean. The beachside setting is stunning too, offering the dream-like experience of saying your vows with your toes in the sand. If you’re bringing a large group with you, we’d recommend the Mamora Bay Gazebo – it’s the ideal spot for a party as the sun sinks behind the horizon.

This is one of our favourites for family-friendly weddings. If you’re hoping for young flower girls or ring bearers, there’s plenty to keep them happy and active during the rest of your holiday, from the fabulous selection of three child-friendly pools, to the cool kid’s club filled with activities. Opting for a more intimate affair? There’s also a lovely adults-only pool and a spa to spark the romance.

More Information

St. James Club in Antigua is a perfect place for a romantic and unique wedding at a tropical paradise. We have beautiful surroundings for the ceremony most of our wedding couples choose the gazebo overlooking the sea, while others prefer the ceremony performed on our powder soft white sand beach.  Everyone at St James always looks forward to hosting our wedding party guests, and it’s a memorable and joyous occasion for all.  Wedding venues include the Hibiscus Gazebo is our most popular location for couples to get married at. This gazebo is located on the Atlantic side of the resort and has an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Hibiscus Gazebo has a cozy intimate setting and some of the most beautiful natural scenery on the resort and is the second most popular wedding location. What could be better than getting married while sinking your toes into the sand, right beside the sea, under a romantic bamboo arch!  Mamora Bay Gazebo is home for majority of our group weddings, this a great location for a party. The back drop is breath taking and it is the perfect location for sunset photos.

The Wedding Ceremony

In most destinations, your wedding ceremony will be conducted Monday to Friday (excluding local holidays).  In some destinations, local festivals and holidays will determine available wedding dates.  Generally, your wedding will take place in the grounds of the hotel unless otherwise specified.  Many hotels offer wedding gazebos for extra privacy.  Some hotels may offer more than one wedding per day with the first wedding taking place at around 10am with the last wedding at 4pm.  The majority of our weddings are conducted by a marriage officer whose title varies depending on the resort.  Where it is possible to be married by a Minister, the ceremony will be non denominational unless otherwise stated and will be a Civil wedding.

Tropical Sky Weddings and the information given above only apply to couples:

•        Born in the UK

•        Have a valid UK passport (with some months validity on return home)

If couples do not fulfil these requirements they must advise us.  Couples should be referred to the embassy of the country of origin and the country where they wish to marry as they may require extra documentation to satisfy their own embassy requirements – Tropical Sky cannot advise on this and couples must investigate this on their own.

As Tropical Sky weddings have no jurisdiction over hotels/resorts/venues/legal requirements and their charges, we cannot be responsible for any increases or changes to these wedding arrangements.  We will, however, endeavour to advise you of changes as soon as we are made aware of them.
