As a leading UK provider of luxury holidays, customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance at Tropical Sky. This is why we ask our customers to fill in a satisfaction survey on returning from their break, in order to ensure every element of their trip met their requirements and high expectations.
The responses we receive provide us with valuable feedback, which helps us to ensure holidays booked through us always meet the highest possible standards. The Tropical Sky Team feel it is only right to acknowledge those companies and individuals who are continually cited as providing fantastic services and/or experiences for customers. Our newly introduced annual Excellence Awards will allow us to do exactly this.
There are two variants of our Excellence Awards; the Accommodation Excellence Awards (chosen by us, based on the survey responses received) and our Customer-Voted Excellence Awards. The winners in each of these categories will be awarded with an honours badge, which they can proudly display on their website, to let their own clientele know just how brilliant Tropical Sky customers think they are.

A section of our feedback survey is dedicated specifically to the accommodation in which our customers stayed. We work with hundreds of hotels and resorts across the world and want to ensure the very best of these are recognised. Choosing the right accommodation really can make all the difference whilst on holiday.
