Perched alongside one of Antigua’s most pristine white sand beaches, adult-only Pineapple Beach Club offers a delightfully chilled ambience. Days here are best spent flitting between relaxing on the sand and snorkelling in the ocean, or even resting in one of the water hammocks. We love The Outhouse, serving traditional Caribbean BBQ alongside laidback vibes and fabulous vistas, and the refurbished Garden Rooms are secluded and inviting.

The Verandah Resort & Spa, Antigua

Home to Antigua’s largest free-form swimming pool, it’ll come as no surprise that this resort has relaxation on its mind. This is one of our favourites for a sunny family holiday, thanks to the ultra-fun kid’s club with a splash pool and pirate ship playground, the charming mini golf course, and access to Elite’s Exclusive Pink Panther Island safari tours. After a few hours of exciting water sports, wander over to the new Lazy Pelican Beach Bar to grab a refreshing fruit juice for the little ones, and a zesty cocktail for the adults.

St James’s Club & Villas, Antigua

This gorgeous retreat is one of Elite’s most secluded, tucked away on an isolated 100-acre peninsula. Though family friendly, we do prefer this resort for a grown-up escape – there are a few adult-only pools for you to relax by, and the full moon Caribbean Beach parties are vibrant and fun. Fitness fanatics will certainly enjoy it here – give your body a full workout with the fun yet challenging Float Fit Caribbean Aquabase, or grab one of the new paddleboards for a sunset paddle. Fancy a snack after partying all evening? Mamora Bay Café is open 24-hours and is the perfect place to end an evening.

Galley Bay Resort & Spa, Antigua

This atmospheric adult-only boutique has all the hallmarks for an idyllic honeymoon stay in Antigua. Stroll hand in hand along the jaw-dropping stretch of white sand beach, treat yourself to a rejuvenating couples massage in one of the indulgent private treatment cabanas, and dine together on succulent seafood under individual palm-thatched shades at the Gauguin restaurant. We love that Premium Branded drinks are included in the price – it’s unusual but very welcomed, and one of our favourite ways to while away an evening is by tasting decadent rums at the Rum Shack.

Palm Island Resort & Spa, Grenadines

The culinary experiences at adult-only Palm Island Resort keep us coming back for more. Nestled alongside five stunning beaches in the Grenadines, foodies will relish a stay here. The two beachfront al fresco restaurants serve sumptuous cuisine with ingredients picked from their own nursery, whilst other unique dining experiences include private picnics and enjoying a secluded dinner under a heart shaped tree (additional charges apply for these). If you’re looking for the perfect enviable Instagram shot, take a seat on the double beach swing that looks out onto the ocean, or book to swim with turtles at the Tobago Cays.

This stylish adult-only resort in Barbados has the exclusive beach club vibe that all young, discerning travellers are searching for. Perched along the luxurious west coast, The Club is infused with glitz and glamour, including a beautiful Piano Bar, a trendy Sunset Bar & Lounge with sumptuous cocktails and gourmet coffee, and a spacious outdoor patio doused in sunshine and boating an enticing al fresco dining space.
