Overview

Warwick Paradise Island is a beautiful all-inclusive and adult-only hotel located in Paradise Island. Host to its own private harbour and white sandy beach, days are best spent enjoying the sunshine in an exclusive setting.

Warwick Paradise Island is known for its fabulous food. Abbiocco is a wonderful spot to dine on Italian favourites and sip wine, whilst the open-air pavilion at Edgewater Grill is perfect for a romantic steak dinner.

We love the Harbour Deluxe Balcony and Harbour Premium Balcony with their fabulous views, or for the ultimate indulgence the One Bedroom Harbourfront Suite has an extra balcony and a separate living space.

During the day, enjoy a dip in the pool or outdoor tournaments including beach volleyball. In the evening, Junkanoo Beat offers an awesome 70’s disco inspired night out.

Resort Fee: $30.00 per person per night (2026) is payable by all guests - this has been incuded in the cost of your holiday.

Pre-authorisation charge: Please note The Warwick Paradise Island is a cash-less resort. Guests are required to present a valid form of ID (passport, driving license, ID card) along with a valid payment card at check-in. A US$300 pre-authorisation fee will be processed on your card to cover any incidental purchases or similar expenses. The charge is released at check-out, less any items billed to your room. We recommend using a credit card as a debit card may take longer to process the release of funds

Chickcharnie’s Pizzeria & Grille – Located by the pool, sit indoors or outdoors and enjoy tasty comfort food, including pizza, burgers and quesadillas. Open 10.30am-6pm and 10pm-2am. No dress code.
Edgewater Grill – A gorgeous restaurant with an indoor dining area, or an open-air pavilion overlooking the harbour. Enjoy fabulous steak and seafood. Open 6pm-9.30pm. Dress code: Smart Resort Evening.

Maintenance Work: Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas will be undertaking renovations from 18th May 2026 for approximatley 4 months. During this time, all Harboir Front Rooms will be redesigned. Work will begin at 10am and ends at 4pm, any noise disruptions will be kept to a minimum.

Age Requirement: All bookings must include at least one adult aged 18 years or over. All guests must present a valid photo ID during registration and when acquiring Day or Night Passes for age verification. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be registered in the guest room and accompanied by a legal guardian or chaperoned by an adult 25 years or older who is the primary registrant of the guest accommodation. Other conditions and restrictions may apply for group bookings. The legal drinking age in The Bahamas is 18 years and older. Any violation of underage drinking may result in the guest being removed from the resort.

Children’s Policy: Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive is an adults only resort welcoming all guests 16 years and older. There are times that the Resort does accept those 15 years and under when special events such as weddings are booked at the resort.
