What to do

• Learn to scuba dive - the dive shop is at the end of the jetty and the dive sites are all close to the hotel.
• Go bird watching in the grounds - there are two trails round the extensive grounds, or go into the rain forest where there are unique bird species. There is easy access to Tobago’s Main Ridge forest reserve, St Giles Island and Little Tobago (the largest seabird colony in the Southern Caribbean)
• Relax on the beach
• Go on an all day kayaking tour including a stop for lunch and some snorkelling
• Rent a car for two days and drive round the island
• Eat out in Speyside
• Visit Argyle waterfalls, Englishman’s Bay or Pirates Bay

• The Fishpot restaurant serves fish and other local specialities – all the fish and vegetables are local and fresh.
• Mot Mot Deck is an excellent lounge from which to relax and watch the seabirds or the sunset. You can also eat here if you wish.
• Shipwreck bar is right on the beach and serves drinks and snacks

DRESS CODE:
When dining, closed in shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men must not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6.30pm men have to wear long trousers and women have to wear dresses, slacks or culottes (no shorts or short outfits).
