This hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in !! we were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived and throughout our 10 day stay. The staff are fantastic and the facilities are top notch! We visited the sister hotel to see the orangutang sanctuary which is definately worth a visit, however much preferred our hotel, which we found more upmarket .We found an amazing Italian restaurant just a walk away along the beach next to the open air food mall, and the food was exquisite. The hotel is in a fantastic location and just a short taxi ride to town. We will definately come back, its paradise!!!!![]()

What a great hotel, the staff were so friendly and they were so attentive to all your needs. Would definitely recommend paying to use the Horizon club which they dont always tell you about when you check in. You pay per room and not per person and you get the use of the Horizon lounge, with free soft drinks all day, afternoon tea and then alcohol is served between 5pm and 7pm but you are not rushed to leave and can stay in there until 11pm. I am definitely going back to this hotel.![]()
