Breakfast features island-style breakfasts and freshly baked pastries alongside Caribbean inspired smoothies and breakfast bowls. During lunchtime, freshly caught seafood is cooked on the grill. In the evenings, speciality dinners are crafted with locally grown and seasonal produce. Open for breakfast from 7am – 11am, lunch from 12pm – 4pm and dinner from 6pm – 10pm.
  • Panquai – Serving wood-fired pizza, tropical cocktails, and churrasco – a South American tradition where meat is cooked on long skewers over a live fire, accompanied by flat breads and flavourful sauces. Open for lunch from 12pm -6pm, dinner from 6pm – 10pm (on Monday and Tuesday a bar snack menu is on offer). The bar is open from 11am – 11pm.
  • Scoop Café – This tranquil garden oasis is perfect for cooling off and unwinding with delicious ice creams and sorbets, alongside a selection of immune boosting smoothies, cold pressed juices and cold brew ice coffees. Open from 11am – 6pm.
  • SeaFire – With stunning views, this ocean front restaurant utilises techniques of the region to craft local delicacies such as conch or ‘lambi’ ceviche and yellow-fin tuna, and coal roasted cuts of the day prepared with minimal intervention. Open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm – 10pm. Bar open daily from 6pm – 11pm.
  • Destination & In Villa Dining – With a private chef and dedicated waiter, enjoy a tailor-made menu in the privacy of your own villa. Available for breakfast from 7am – 11:30am, lunch from 11:30am – 6pm, and dinner from 6pm – 10pm.
