Hotel Chocolat has meticulously restored the Rabot Estate in St Lucia, a 140-acre sustainable and organic Caribbean cacao farm. Nestled amidst the cacao groves and providing stunning views of the Piton Mountains, the Rabot Hotel by Hotel Chocolate exudes luxurious chic, with a touch of traditional Caribbean flair.

Its in-house restaurant stands out with innovative cacao cuisine, where cacao is subtly infused in dishes, especially the desserts. Guests can choose from six unique Lodges or 19 expansive Luxe Lodges, each reflecting a blend of Hotel Chocolat's contemporary flair and the traditional charm of the West Indies.

  • Located in the south-west of the island, the hotel is just 10 minutes from the town of Soufriere, and only 45 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport

  • Lodge – There are six of these lovely 450sqft lodges, featuring beautiful views of the garden courtyard or the Petit Piton, a king-size four-poster bed, a lounging sofa and an open-sky rainforest shower.
  • Luxe Lodge – There are 19 of these charming 750sqft lodges, located in an elevated position and boasting amazing views over the Saint Lucian rainforest and Piton from the private veranda, a super king-size four-poster bed, sun loungers and an open-sky rainforest shower.

 

  • Rabot Restaurant – A delightful restaurant where food is inspired by cacao that grows on Rabot Estate. Enjoy fresh, local produce that incorporates the sweet and savoury notes of cacao, including pulled pork, cannelloni and sea scallops. Open 7am-10am, 12pm-3pm and dinner served at two sittings – 6pm or 8pm. The bar is open 10am-11pm, though in-house guests can stay later.

  • Infinity pool
  • Beauté Cacao Spa – a beautiful rainforest spa offering unique treatments including cacao massages, cacao detox body wraps and cacao facials.
  • Complimentary one hour Tree-to-Bean cacao tour at Project Chocolat, which is Hotel Chocolat’s immersive agri-tourism experience located on a 6-acre site within the Rabot Estate.
  • Daily beach shuttles to and from Malgretoute Beach - sunbed hire US$15 per chair, drinks and snacks can be charged to your room but are not part of any pre-paid meal plans.

Beach shuttles operate twice a day - to the beach at 10am and 1pm, from the beach at 1pm and 4pm.  It is a 5-10min drive.
Watersports are available - paid locally.
