Plemmirio Terrace Restaurant – Breakfast at Minareto is a relaxed and scenic start to the day, served on a sunny terrace with views of the Plemmirio Marine Reserve. Guests can choose to dine indoors or outside, enjoying a generous buffet of homemade pastries, cakes, Sicilian cannoli, local cheeses and meats, freshly baked bread, and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Freshly squeezed orange juice, made-to-order crepes, omelettes, pancakes, and traditional Sicilian granita with brioche complete the experience. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant serves up a laid-back yet elegant dining experience rooted in classic Italian and Sicilian cuisine. Area M – For a change of scenery, guests can also take the hotel’s water taxi to the hotel’s sister seafood restaurant on Ortigia Island.
