Boot Camps

In association with Fitness 4 Bootcamps Buccament Bay will be hosting 5, 6,10 or 12 day bootcamps between 21st May and 11th June. These camps will be lead by 2 ex Royal Marines, and will include a varierty of activities from land based to water based, on site and off site. The hotel chef’s will also be designing bespoke menus for participants. The cost of these packages starts from £599pp.

Flight Options

Prices above include international flights from Gatwick to Barbados and inter-island flights on to St Vincent for arrivals up to 31st May 2012. The prices for 1st June 2012 onwards include international flights from Gatwick to St Lucia and inter-island flights on to St Vincent. For a supplement from £50 per person you can fly to Barbados and then onwards from 1st June 2012 onwards.

• Golf excursion including 18 holes & lunch at a stunning golf course on a neighbouring island in The Grenadines (approx $400 payable locally).
• Entertainment is provided at Bay Beach Club from around 5pm for sundowners when there will be live music / performers each evening throughout dinner and until close

For Children

• The Little Harlequin’s Kids Club provides day care for childrenaged 3yrs+ with closely supervised, fun-filled activities, age appropriate toys, puzzles and games. Now includes a sheltered play area outdoors along with beach and pool activities throughout the day with qualified supervision
• Baby-sitting is available all day with 24 hours notice (extra charge, payable locally).
• Teen facilities allows young adults aged 13 and over to enjoy their own lounge with an adjoining games room providing pool, table tennis, tabletop football and a jukebox.

• Bay Beach Club Serving buffet style and a la carte breakfast and a la carte lunch & dinner. Trader Vic’s Asian-Oriental menu and Jack’s Steakhouse menu will be served at dinner. Open 7am-midnight daily.
• Bamboo Caribbean/Italian Restaurant & Bar - open for dinner only - Casual beachfront restaurant offering - buffet/a la carte
• Safran Indian restaurant open for dinner only – a la carte
• Ginger & Co - Sushi Bar is open by the pool area serving takeaway Sushi sashimi in bento boxes. Open from 10am-7pm.
• Beach Grill - Beach BBQ for casual day beach dining - open daily 11am-4pm
• HQ - Harlequin’s signature HQ coffee shop & deli serves its own custom speciality blends of coffee and tea, an assortment of fine pastries and baked goods, as well as light snacks, sandwiches and salads, freshly made ice cream, fresh fruit smoothies and juice drinks made to order. HQ is open from 6:00am.
• Wellness Cafe - serves cold healthy snacks and drinks for guests using the Spa
• Beach Bar - Located just off the main reception and serving refreshing drinks by day and a relaxing venue to enjoy a peaceful evening in the lounge area. Open from 10am-11pm.

The main Trader Vics, Jacks’s steakhouse & Ginger & Co Restaurants will open in 2012. In the meantime menus are available in the existing restaurants as stated above. Men have to wear long trousers and women have to wear dresses, slacks or culottes (no shorts or short outfits).


DRESS CODE:
When dining, closed in shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men must not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. Shorts are permitted in the evenings.
