Golf at The Montgomerie Links:

What to do

The Nam Hai complements luxurious oceanside resort living with the cultural attractions of three UNESCO world heritage sites: the charming town of Hoi An, the imperial capital of Hue, and the My Son ruins from the legendary Cham kingdom.

Hoi An:
The jewel of Vietnam’s Central Coast, Hoi An is an ancient trading port known for its rustic charm, bustling market and historic buildings. Hoi An boasts a number of art galleries featuring local and distinctive Vietnamese works as well as a bustling riverfront and trendy restaurant scene.

Hue:
The Imperial City of Hue served as Vietnam’s political capital until 1945. It is home to the most powerful of emperors whose artistically embelleshed tombs rest along the banks of the Perfume River.

My Son:
The spiritual center of the Cham Empire, My Son is one of Vietnam’s most ancient monuments dating back as far as the 4th -13th century. Set deep in the jungle, the monuments of My Son are intricately carved with Hindi, Sivaist and Buddhist adornments, reflecting the influence of the Ankor kings.

The Cham Islands:
Located twenty kilometers off Hoi An are the seven Cham Islands. Host to several fishing villages, each spring the islanders harvest swallows’ nests for use in famed gourmet soups.
The Cham Islands offer some of the best diving in Vietnam. Dive boats can be hired via the concierge from Cham Island Diving. Cham Island Diving is PADI certified. Vietnam Sailing operates the only sailboat in Central Vietnam, the Oceane, moored in Hoi An. The Trimaran is captained by a French skipper and comfortably seats 6-8. The Nam Hai has an exclusive agreement with Cham Islands Diving and Sailing for a gourmet charters to the Cham Islands.

The Nam Hai has converted an ancient Hue Garden house into an air-conditioned kids activity club, where children of all ages can enjoy a variety of games and activities.
