The BodyHoliday's Spring Sail programme is perfect for both the experienced sailor, and those hoping to sail the seas for the first time. From introductory lessons, to competitive regattas, everyone will enjoy this fun sailing month. Choose from six Hobie Cat boats, a J/24 and two X'Treme 26 racing yachts and meet Olympic Champions Nick Thompson and Hannah Diamond alongside the resort’s own qualified team of sailing instructors.

From the lively Columbian Zumba to the passionate Argentine Tango and Caribbean Meringue, you’ll be able to travel the globe in terms of dance during Jive June. With a whole month dedicated to exploring a host of different dances, you’ll be inspired to learn new skills, enjoy a new form of exercise and have fun. This time award-winning professional dancers Robin Windsor, Kennifer Benavidez and Mila Lazar are joining in with the fun.

Running throughout the school holidays, these week-long adventure-based programmes get the whole family stuck in. The programme boasts fantastic activities that will educate, excite and challenge everyone, including lifeguard classes and first aid CPR, yoga classes, sailing classes, bike rides, an adventure programme (including hiking and a Quadrathon), family spa treatments and healthy cooking workshops. Every Saturday, the resort hosts a thrilling family beach volleyball competition.
