Somatheeram Resort is the first of its kind for holiday makers to combine the trio of a idyllic beaches with revitalising ayurveda and yoga. Located on the picturesque Malabar Coast five miles south of Kovalam, Somatheeram is set in 15 acres of lush greenery, palm trees and bewitching blue waters. The area is untouched by large-scale tourism, with traditionally styled bunglows and cottages welcoming the visitor to a warm and relaxed atmosphere at the Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Centre.

The resort’s exclusive programme is based on the Vedic science of ayurveda and is directed towards strengthening the immune system and preventing disease. The rejuvenation programme for each individual is drawn out by an ayurvedic physician after a thorough evaluation.
