Toucan Inn Hotel, Tobago

We spent Christmas and New Year at The Toucan Inn it was amazing, we are going back 14th may, with 6 friends, Toucan Inn is the sort of place that everyone seems to want to go back to. The rooms are basic, the bed linen and towels are pristine, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. We have recommended the Toucan Inn to many people, when we ask if it was all we said it was, everyone has said "Yes and more " and almost everyone goes back. I still say if you book with Tropical Sky make sure you book with Ally Tucker.

The Toucan Inn is still the wonderful little place it was when we first visited 10years ago. It is relaxing, comfortable and yes it is 2.5 star, the staff are excellent, and if you book with Tropical Sky, book with Ally Tucker she is a lovely, helpful representative and if Ally does your booking, you can safely say your booking is done.

Excellent location. Two minutes walk from Store Bay. 15 minutes walk to Pidgeon Point (a taxi costs about a pound)
Food excellent. Staff excellent. Evening entertainment 2 or 3 times a week, but easy to escape. Don’t miss Englishman’s Bay or Castara on the Caibbean side of the island or Speyside on the Atlantic side for Jemma’s treehouse restaurant ~ wonderful food. (Closed Saturdays) Give Scarborough a miss. Taxi’s to most parts of the island are expensive, much cheaper to hire a car ~ but haggle rates.
Also insist on a full tank at outset.
