Overview

Bringing sophisticated and cool South Beach style to Rodney Bay, SoCo House is an adult-only and all-inclusive boutique ideal for stylish travellers.

Combining European chic décor with rustic French Creole architecture, the contemporary and minimalist style fits well with the tropical beauty of St Lucia, and we love the simplicity of the rooms and suites.

The main restaurant serves a delicious fusion of Caribbean and international cuisine, and there are three bars where you can enjoy a drink throughout the day and evening. Meanwhile, days here can be spent relaxing by the pool and courtyard, or taking a short stroll to the stunning Reduit Beach where you’ll find fabulous beach service.

Please note there is a mandatory Tourism Levy of US$6.00 per person, per night for adults 18 and older, and $3.00 per person, per night for guests 12-17 years old. This will be collected by the hotel either upon check in or check out.

This chic hotel is located on a peninsula in the historic Rodney Bay, adjacent to beautiful Reduit Beach. You’ll be close by to St Lucia’s best beaches, restaurants and excursions.

There are 76 rooms and suites altogether, all including:

Choose from:

  • Soco Deluxe - Located on the upper floors, these 280sqft rooms feature the standard amenities and have a balcony overlooking the pool area.
  • Soco Junior Suite - Gorgeous 280sqft suites featuring an enclosed seating area overlooking the pool. This room type does not have an external balcony.
  • Soco Courtyard - Spacious 320sqft rooms located on the ground floor with direct walk out access to the pool and a patio.
  • Soco Suite - Great 280sqft suites located on the second floor, featuring an extended private sun deck with chaise lounges.

All rooms sleep a maximum of 2 guests.  A rollaway bed may be added in the Junior Suite and Soco Suite for those requiring a separate bed, but the maximum occupancy remains as 2 adults and it will impact the available space in the room so we do not recommend this option.

There are no lifts at Soco House, so we recommend a Courtyard room for those with walking or mobility difficulties.

  • Main Restaurant – The main restaurant offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Served al fresco style, you’ll enjoy a delicious mix of Caribbean and international cuisine.
    Afternoon tea is served daily.
    Open 7am-10am for breakfast, 12pm-2.30pm for lunch, 6.00pm-9.15pm for dinner and afternoon tea is available 3.30pm-4.30pm.
    Lobby Bar – A cosy bar offering delightful pre- or post-dinner drinks. Open 10am-11pm.
  • Pool Bar – Enjoy a refreshing cocktail by the main pool. Open 10am-11pm.
  • Restaurant Lounge – A lovely spot to enjoy a tipple while you wait for your table. Open 6pm-10pm.
     
  • A pre-filled cool box an be arranged via reception for use on your beach days.  This consists of 2 beers, 2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks.
  • Beach towels are provided in the room or can be requested at the Front Desk


Please note - Dress code for dinner is elegantly casual, meaning no shorts, sleeveless shirts, tank tops or flip flops.

All timings for restaurant are subject to change locally as needed

Cabana Concierge service

There are 10 Cabana's overlooking the pool. Use of these cabanas is charged at US$30 per day (subject to change).  Guests who have arranged use of these will receive curated cocktails and premium drinks served to them throughout the day, along with cold towels and Amuse Bouche. 
Reservations for cabanas can be made daily from 07.30-18.00hrs. Cabanas can only be reserved on the day of use and not in advance.

Chaise lounges are available for all guests free of charge at the pool and beach.

 

The All Inclusive basis includes:

  • Full breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
  • All drinks by the glass, and unlimited alcoholic drinks including brand name liquors, beer, cocktails, house wines by the glass and soft drinks
