Located on Mauritius’ most sought-after beach, Grand Baie, this luxurious boutique hotel perfectly blends slow-paced days with playful evenings. We love the amazing rooftop here, home to a beautiful infinity pool, a stylish restaurant and bar, and even an outdoor wellness space.

The neutral colour palette and sustainable approach creates a sophisticated and cool atmosphere, alongside suites, villas and residences that combine contemporary living with beautiful island views. The restaurants and bars are also wonderful. We love Al Kisu, an Asian restaurant giving you the unique chance to try dishes cooked on a straw fire, whilst Beach Rouge offers leisurely Mediterranean food by the beach.

There are also lovely adult-only spots for couples to enjoy a romantic ambience. Wander up to the rooftop and visit Bisou, home to an infinity pool and a restaurant with delicious Indian and Levantine dishes alongside laidback DJ sets. 

The hotel is also great for families. Little explorers are well catered for with a fun kid’s club with activities including cooking classes and gardening, and fantastic children’s menus with a make your own meal concept. Even teens will love it here, thanks to Studio 17’s vintage arcade games and water sports.

  • LUX* Pool Residences – 180sqm suites located on the first, second and third floors, accessible via a skywalk as they are across the road from the resort. Featuring a dining and living room area, a furnished balcony and a heated, private pool. Sleeps four adults and two teens/two children/two infants.
  • LUX* Pool Villas – 240sqm two-storey villas located right by the beach or in the coconut-tree adorned gardens. Featuring a furnished terrace, a heated pool, an outdoor deck with a gazebo and barbecue, two en-suite bedrooms, a dining and living room area, a kitchen and private butler service. Sleeps four adults and two teens/two children/two infants.
  • LUX* Grand Beach Pool Villa – A 620sqm three en-suite bedroom villa located on the beach in a secluded area facing the lagoon. Featuring a large heated pool, 24-hour butler service, a dining and living room, kitchen, and an outdoor barbecue dining area with a gazebo. Sleeps six adults and two teens/two children/two infants.
  • LUX* Pool Penthouses - A 325sqm penthouse suite, boasting a private heated pool, an ourdoor terrace with a dining space, 24-hour butler service, three en-suite bedrooms and a lovely location on the top floor, across the road from the resort. Accessible via a skywalk. Sleeps six adults and two teens/two children/two infants.

 

  • Beach Rouge – An ultra-cool beach club and restaurant, serving lovely breakfasts, leisurely Mediterranean lunches, and suave evenings with three bars, dinners by the beach and a resident DJ. Open 7am-10.30am, 12pm-3.30pm, 3.30-7pm and 7pm-10.20pm. The Beach Rouge Bar opens 7am-12am, the Wet Bar opens 10.30am-6.30pm, and the Deck Bar opens 10.30am-6.30pm.
  • Maison LUX* - A sophisticated café with a cool European ambience. Enjoy a morning coffee and pastry, a refreshing tub of gelato, or a soothing nightcap. Open for pastries 7am-10.30am, the all-day café 10.30am-4pm, early snacks 3pm-6pm, aperitivo 6pm-8pm and bar, digestifs and pastries 8pm-11pm.
  • ICI – A fun and delicious ice cream bar serving the hotel’s own in-house ice cream brand. The flavours change throughout the day, so we recommend many visits to tantalise the taste buds. Open 10.30am-6.45pm.
  • Al Kisu – A contemporary and ambient Asian restaurant, where you can indulge the senses with cool Japanese art, open-kitchen set-ups, and incredible cuisine including unique Warayaki straw fire cooking. Dinner served every day with a 6.30pm family slot, and a 7.15pm-10.30pm adult-only slot. Open from Tuesday to Sunday.
  • Bisou – Enjoy sensational lagoon views from this fabulous adult-only rooftop venue. Home to an infinity pool, a restaurant and a bar, you can spend a whole afternoon and evening wining and dining. Tuck into Indian and Levantine dishes, plus enjoy chilled DJ sets in the day and fun beats by night. Open lunch 12pm-3.30pm, light dishes 3.30pm-7pm, dinner 7pm-10.30pm and bar 7am-11pm.
  • Club Al Kisu – Dance the night away at this stylish adult-only club, with fabulous DJs, musicians and mixologists. Open 10pm-2am Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
