JA Lake View Hotel is one of three luxury hotels at JA The Resort, a wonderful beach resort located along an 800m stretch of private golden beach. Just 10 minutes from Dubai Parks & Resort, JA Lake View Hotel has all the hallmarks of an exquisite five-star hotel – we think the all-inclusive package is one of the best in Dubai.

This hotel certainly has families in mind. A family pool and children’s pool mean the whole family can splash around together, and there are plenty of exciting water sports for adventurous teens to get their teeth stuck into. Many of the suites were built with families in mind, boasting plenty of lounging space and dining areas for if you fancy a family meal to yourselves.

All of the rooms and suites are contemporary yet cosy, with balconies or terraces overlooking either the golf course, the desert or the ocean. We love the One Bedroom Terrace Suites; they’re located at each edge of the hotel and offer the most beautiful views of the ocean and golf course.

We reckon the whole family will love dining at 81. It’s a fantastic buffet restaurant with temptations from all over the world. If you’re missing your usual homestyle dishes, Republik is a great gastropub with classic English cuisine.

If you’re a couple looking to indulge or parents looking for seclusion whilst the little ones are at the Pirates & Mermaids Kids Club, Bibé is a swanky rooftop bar serving up handcrafted cocktails and fantastic golf course views. There’s also an adult-only pool for you to enjoy, and a spa.

JA Lake View Hotel is part of the JA The Resort complex, consisting of three luxury hotels along an 800m stretch of private beach. The complex is located around 40-minutes’ drive northwest of downtown Dubai and only 10 minutes from Dubai Parks & Resorts.

  • Dubai International Airport is approximately 45-minutes away. Alternatively, Abu Dhabi International Airport is just under an hour away.

  • Deluxe Room - Contemporay 40sqm of luxury and space offering the ultimate comfort and relaxation. Sleeps two adults, one child and one child or infant (maximum three adults and one infant). This room type was previoulsy called "Resort Room".

  • Resort Course View Room – Modern 40sqm rooms located on floors one to three. These rooms feature views of the golf course from the private furnished balcony. Sleeps two adults, one child and one child or infant (maximum three adults and one infant).
  • Premium Resort Course View Room – 40sqm rooms located on floors four and five. The higher location means that you can see the ocean as well as the golf course. These also have balconies with outdoor seating. Sleeps two adults, one child and one child or infant (maximum three adults and one infant).  This room type was previoulsy called "Deluxe Resort Course View".
  • Junior Suite – A great option for families, with 70sqm of space and views of the desert. These suites are located on floors two to five, and features an indoor and outdoor seating area, a balcony, and a sliding door that separates the bedroom with the living room. Sleeps two adults and two children or infants (maximum three adults, one child and one infant)..
  • One Bedroom Terrace Suite – Contemporary 168sqm suites, featuring a separate bedroom, a spacious open-plan living and dining room, a terrace and walk-in showers and Premium Lounge Access. These are located on floors one to four. Sleeps two adults, two children and one infant (maximum three adults, two children and one infant).
  • Resort Course One Bedroom Suite – These elegant 132sqm suites overlooking the JA The Resorts’ championship golf course and swimming pools. Boasting a large master bedroom, a huge dining and living room, and a spacious bathroom with a grand bathtub and Premium Lounge Access. Located on floors two to five, and sleeps two adults, two children and one infant (maximum three adults, one child and one infant).
  • One Bedroom Private Pool Suite - Contemporary 168sqm suites, featuring a private pool, seperate living and dining area, an en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and walk-in shower, a terrace and Premium Lounge Access. Sleeps two adults and two children and one infant.
  • Two Bedroom Outdoor Jacuzzi Suite – The most luxurious suite with 250sqm of space. Featuring two bedrooms, a colourful living room, dining area and guest powder room, plus a huge terrace with daybeds and wonderful golf course views and Premium Lounge Access. Sleeps four adults, two children and two infants (maximum 6 adults and 2 infants).

Please note: Alcohol will be served from 11am to 2am as per the Hotel’s licence and will only be served to guests aged 21 years and above. Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan will be celebrated every year according to the lunar cycle (approximately 10 March-9 April 2024 and 28 February-30 March 2025). During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during daylight hours. As a result hotels in the UAE may have strict restrictions on alcohol, food consumption and entertainment between sunrise and sunset. At nightfall these restrictions are lifted and normal eating, drinking and entertainment policies are resumed.

Eid Al Adha celebrates the 'breaking of the fast' and falls between sunset on 16-20 June 2024 and 6-10 June 2025, and starts with a 24 hour dry day followed by a three day celebration. Eid Al Adha occurs annually and dates will vary.
