How to book your wedding abroad

When you have decided on a wedding abroad, the first thing to do is to look at the Tropical Sky Weddings website. Look through our wedding section and also have a detailed look at the hotels that you like in their separate sections.

Once you have a shortlist, do not hesitate to call us on 0844 332 9377. We have people in our office who have arranged hundreds of weddings over the years. They will be happy to answer your questions and also to give you more details about the hotels. Many of them will know the hotels personally. They are all familiar with the details of arranging a wedding and can tailor travel arrangements to your needs. They can cater for just the two of you or a whole wedding group. They can do all the travel arrangements.

Once you have decided where and when you want to go, we will book the hotel, the air arrangements and the wedding with the wedding coordinator in the hotel. We will then run through the documentation that is needed and whether any has to be sent in advance.

Just before you go, we will check once again with you to see that all the travel documentation is in order.

When you arrive in the hotel, you will be met by the wedding coordinator who will explain all about the wedding day and any other official things that have to be done.
