Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort is set on the shores of the nature reserve of Bel Ombre, infused with the charm of a 17th century Mauritian sugar cane plantation.

  • Beachfront Club – Moments from the beach with access to The Club Lounge and its facilities; sleeps up to two adults, one child up to 17yrs and one baby (cot provided),  or 3 adults
  • Beachfront Junior Suites – Offering beautiful sea views with a spacious bathroom including a double whirlpool bath and separate shower, and access to The Club facilities; sleeps up to two adults and one child and  butler service. Club access included.
  • Beachfront Senior Suites – Located on the seafront with a separate living area, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, and access to The Club facilities; sleeps up to two adults and one child and butler service. Club access included.
  • Beachfront Villa – Luxurious villa with dining room, two deluxe suites with separate children’s bedrooms, 24hr Butler service available and access to The Club facilities; sleeps up to eight adults and six teenagers. Club access included.

  • Edgewater Bar & Grill – Chic and contemporary restaurant serving a mix of local, European and Asian dishes, including burgers, curries and ice creams throughout the day; open 12.30pm-3pm and 7pm-10pm
  • Willie’s Rum & Crab Shack – Located by the Edgewater restaurant, this causal venue serves fantastic seafood accompanied by a great selection of local rums; open 12.30pm-3pm and 7pm-10pm
  • Mercado – Vibrant buffet restaurant with an amazing range of cuisines to choose from, including live cooking stations and a child-friendly area; open 7am-10.30am, 12.30pm-3pm and 7pm-10pm
  • Rouben’s Wine Room – Adjacent to Mercado, this wine cellar boasts a brilliant selection of fine wines with wine tastings and private dinners available for booking
  • Bar Bleu – Stylish bar serving cocktails and snacks; open 10am-12am, with snacks served from 12.30pm-9pm and pancakes served from 3pm-5.30pm
  • The Plantation Club – Colonial style restaurant overlooking the neighbouring sugar cane fields with a menu of gourmet dishes and fine wines; open to Club Members from 7am-10.30am for breakfast and non-alcoholic beverages and canapés from 10;30 - 6pm; tea library from 10am-10pm. Dinner from 7pm-10pm for all clients with a credit of up to MUR 1500 per adult per night.

Access to the Plantation Club

Guests who book Suites and Villas will have exclusive access to the private lounge services every day between 10am and 6pm. The Plantation Club provides a private pool, outdoor bar and a lounge area nestled away in a private tropical garden overlooking the sugar cane fields and mountains of Mauritius. 

As a member you receive the following benefits:

  • Plantation Club breakfast served with sparkling wine
  • All day hot beverages, soft drinks, juices, tea and non-alcoholic cocktails
  • Snacks throughout the day, afternoon tea and canapes with happy hour from 5pm to 6pm

  • Traditional afternoon tea from 3pm-4pm is served with selected pastries with your choice of unique loose tea from Tea Palace of a special coffee menu
